. Research & Competitor Analysis
I started by studying other video editor and creative freelancer websites. I analyzed what was working (clear value proposition, strong hierarchy, easy contact) and what wasn’t (cluttered layouts, weak messaging, slow loading, or portfolios that looked impressive but failed to convert). This research helped me identify the key opportunities: a strong personal introduction, a clear explanation of Assil’s editing philosophy, and a frictionless way to get in touch

Next, I built a focused design system: Colors – A clean, professional palette that feels modern and trustworthy while staying neutral enough to let the work shine. Typography – Clear, readable type hierarchy that supports both short punchy statements and longer explanatory text.
Imagery & Visual Style – Minimal and intentional, supporting the “clean and engaging” brand Assil wants to project.
